Exhibition

Are you interested in old newspapers and what they tell us about a local community?

Then come along to see original copies of "The Link", a local newspaper that serviced the Balmain, Birchgrove, Rozelle and Lilyfield areas of Sydney.

We are currently ‘hands on’ with digitising the copies we have which is editions from the 1960s and early 70s. Issues such as banning plastic bags and council amalgamations feature prominently and this was 50 years ago!!
