Hybrid talk 

This presentation will examine the visual and material culture of the Lebanese diaspora in Australia, and the different mediums through which families communicated with one another both domestically and overseas. Taking the form of letters, journals, audio reels and video footage, the presentation will recover the authentic forgotten voices of people from the past.
