Curators Tour - Above and below decks – new maritime histories of Australia
Join our curators for short presentations on Australia’s maritime history, followed by the opportunity for a gallery talk or a vessel tour.

Dr Roland Leikauf: Good health and gold bars – greeting Vietnamese boat arrivals in the 1970s
Join our curators for a personal tour of a major artwork or a former navy vessel.

(15 minutes; visitor limit: 15)
• Stirling Smith will share the history – and stories – of our TV star patrol boat, HMAS Advance. This tour is offered for those with suitable mobility, as it includes steep ladders and tight spaces.
